The master of time - a youth named Dragan. Friends call him Kale. Everybody else might not know his name, but he is nevertheless familiar to them: from the trolleys, from Slavija, Terazije or Knez Mihajlova. The best-known trolley philosopher is most often to be met in number 22 from Kalemegdan to Krusevacka. Talking to himself, the Master of time nevertheless always communicates with those near him. Whether they understand or don`t listen to him at all is of lesser importance - Kale persistently does the job at which he is the best - spreads the light.
